3月13日泰國(guó)曼谷匯商銀行大廈滅火系統(tǒng)事故

2016年3月13日看到泰國(guó)曼谷匯商銀行大廈的自動(dòng)滅火系統(tǒng)事故，有多個(gè)報(bào)道的版本：

“據(jù)泰國(guó)世界日?qǐng)?bào)、泰國(guó)新聞網(wǎng)等媒體報(bào)道，3月13日21:30左右，曼谷
SCBPARK大廈(泰國(guó)匯商銀行總部)發(fā)生嚴(yán)重事故，造成10人死亡、約15人受傷。該大廈地下層的自動(dòng)滅火系統(tǒng)在沒有發(fā)生任何火災(zāi)的情況下自動(dòng)開啟導(dǎo)致事故發(fā)生。
SCB銀行行長(zhǎng)午夜趕到事發(fā)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，宣布該事件是由于有工程承包商在大樓內(nèi)作業(yè)，不慎觸及FM200煙氣型消防系統(tǒng)，導(dǎo)致發(fā)生大量煙霧,死亡者是嗆煙而死。”
筆者從事消防行業(yè)多年，F(xiàn)M200(HFC227ea)根本不會(huì)導(dǎo)致窒息，究竟是什么情況導(dǎo)致人員傷亡呢？
后來該新聞進(jìn)一步說：
"據(jù)泰國(guó)警方初步調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)，由于負(fù)責(zé)檢修大樓滅火系統(tǒng)的承包商錯(cuò)誤操作，觸發(fā)滅火系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)工作，噴出的Pyrogen滅火劑將空氣中的氧氣強(qiáng)迫化合，室內(nèi)空氣缺氧導(dǎo)致傷亡。"
那么Pyrogen到底又是什么呢？泰國(guó)警方的說法到底對(duì)不對(duì)呢？

現(xiàn)在真相大白了，氣溶膠滅火系統(tǒng)才是原來這次事故的始作俑者。是一家位于馬來西亞（東南亞）的公司生產(chǎn)的。
泰國(guó)匯商銀行官方的報(bào)道是：（泰國(guó)匯商銀行官方版） (http://www.scb.co.th/en/news/2016-03-14/160314) "Following an incident that took place at the Siam Commercial Bank head office underground floor on 13 March 2016 around 9.30 pm, the Bank would like to inform the public that it was neither a fire nor an explosion. The situation is now well under control. From the preliminary investigation by the police, the incident may have been caused by the negligence of contractors who were hired to make additional improvements to the building's fire security system. While carrying out their tasks, a chemical agent used as a fire extinguisher, pyrogen gas, was inadvertently activated and exhausted all the oxygen in the area. As a result, there was loss of life and injuries, with the latest toll being 8 dead and 7 injured. The injured are now being treated in hospitals. The Bank would like to express our deep regret for those affected, especially those injured and those who lost their lives during this unfortunate incident. The Bank will provide initial assistance as deemed appropriate. The area is now under investigation by police and concerned authorities, and further details will be reported. SCB's headquarters have not been affected by the incident and the bank will operate as normal."
官方的報(bào)告比較客觀：
提到了幾個(gè)要點(diǎn)：
1.事故并非爆炸或者火災(zāi)。
2.上文中“pyrogengas”提到了誤噴的介質(zhì)是什么，注意并不是FM200.
這里值得注意的是：該系統(tǒng)誤噴的時(shí)候估計(jì)響聲較大，否則不會(huì)用“爆炸”這個(gè)詞匯。
3.系統(tǒng)是誤啟動(dòng)了。
